Terms of Service By engaging with any of the Blast family of companies (Blast Consulting Agency, Blast PBX, Blast Creative Agency, Blast IT Solutions, and Blast MSP), you agree to our general service terms.

1. Payments: Payments are processed via Stripe. By selecting ACH, you authorize us to initiate a debit from your account for the amount specified on your invoice.

2. Service Specifics: Detailed descriptions of your specific project, service level agreements (SLAs), and recurring fees are outlined on your individual Invoice or Statement of Work. These specific details supplement these general terms.

3. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

4. Authorization: By paying your invoice, you confirm you are an authorized signer for the payment method provided.
